After his service, he worked in the Finance and Insurance industries, but his heart was always with The Three Stooges. Larry and Mabel’s son, Don Lamond, Eric’s father, became a successful television and radio host for The Three Stooges comedy show, and appeared in various Three Stooges films.Įric received Journalism and English degrees from the University of California and studied at the University of Vichy in France. While Larry started out on the vaudeville stage in the 1920’s, his wife Mabel and her family also worked the Vaudeville circuit. He was one of their biggest fans and could spend hours recounting wonderful stories and memories about The Three Stooges. Eric also appeared in some of The Three Stooges films, commercials, and cartoons. He often attended their shows and spent family time with his grandpa, and the other stooges. Eric was a child actor and grew up with The Three Stooges. He loved and admired his Grandpa Larry and treasured The Three Stooges as the greatest comedy trio ever. Eric was the oldest of Larry Fine’s five grandchildren.
